About the role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle and communicate with client inquiries & feedback, including project documentation, proposals, quotation, progress report and record etc. Handle client concerns, variations, and change requests professionally while coordinating internal approvals and follow‑up actions. 2. Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.

3. Manage sites operation, including monitoring field staff and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and report status

4. Train junior colleagues to work more independently. 5. Monitor and achieve team sales and booking targets. Analyze sales pipeline, forecast bookings, and report performance trends to management.

Requirements

1、Engineering or technical background related to HVAC, building services, or mechanical engineering is preferred

2、Experience in solution sales, business development, or technical support within the building services industry is an advantage

3、 Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with consultants, contractors, and end users
