About the role: We are looking for an experienced procurement professional. Who can execute processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and/or program execution. Authorizes purchase orders, approves payments, and responds to client issues to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Executes processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and / or program execution.
• Approves and qualifies vendors to fulfill account needs.
• Responds to client issues or problems.
• Authorizes purchase orders and approves payments to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.
• Analyzes and reviews price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
• Prepares and reviews request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
• Analyzes and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Working on L2 and L3 Ariba support tickets
• Implementing new enhancements and change requests based on business requirements
• Performing approval flow updates across Ariba documents and workflows
• Adding and configuring new custom fields in Ariba, including coordination with SAP Ariba
• SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing,Sourcing,SLP and contracts Management along with Guided Buying.
• S4 Hana Integration experience

Application Support

• Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Ariba applications
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Problem resolution and root cause analysis
• Functional and technical issue investigation
• Configuration support
• Custom code debugging

Change & Enhancement Management

• Configuration changes
• Enhancement implementation
• Release management
• Continuous platform optimization

• Guided Buying
• Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
• Contracts
• Ariba Network
• Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)

Requirements

• Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
• University Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 year’s of experience
