About This Role
The Cloud Platform Scrum Master enables the success of Cloud and DevOps delivery teams by driving Agile planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality cloud platform products—such as automation frameworks, infrastructure services, and DevOps toolchains—through effective sprint facilitation, backlog management, and cross-team coordination. The Scrum Master works closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to decompose priorities into executable work, track progress, and remove impediments that slow team velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews) across multiple cloud and DevOps delivery teams.
Partner with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
Track team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team coordination issues to maintain delivery momentum.
Coach teams on Agile principles and iterative delivery of platform services.
Partner with Engineering, and FinOps leads to align delivery milestones and ensure alignment to enterprise standards.
Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to leadership with transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience leading Agile teams, preferably within Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering environments OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience leading Agile teams, preferably within Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering environments
5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools.
5+ years of experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD workflows, and/or cloud-based delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience with Jira.
Excellent communication and servant-leadership skills with a focus on empowerment and accountability.
Proven ability to facilitate multiple teams and coordinate complex delivery dependencies.
Experience supporting cloud platform or DevOps product teams (AWS, GCP, Terraform, and/or GitHub).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).
Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing priorities and tracking performance metrics.
Experience collaborating with global, distributed engineering teams.

The annual salary for this position is between $118,000- $165,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
