About the role
In our office in Graz, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers and oversee all aspects of order management.
Responsibilities
Independent processing of orders and quotations, including coordination of related deliveries for national and international customers
Daily written and verbal communication with customers, logistics partners, and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Import, and Accounting)
Handling and follow-up of customer complaints
Maintenance, updating, and administration of customer master data
Requirements
Fluent in German and English
Confident user of MS Office applications
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer interaction
additional language of the sales region beneficial (HR, CZ, HU)
