About This Role: 

The Sr Manager, Supply Chain Data Management is responsible for ensuring end-to-end supply chain excellence for new data center deployments. This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of supply chain activities, from New Product Introduction (NPI) and supplier development to cross-functional project management and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will drive readiness across global data center projects by leading material planning, capacity planning, and supplier engagement, ensuring that supply chain objectives align with business goals and operational timelines

Job Description: 

  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the supply chain readiness for new data center products and infrastructure, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions from design to deployment.

  • Supplier Development: Identify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and capacity requirements for data center materials and equipment.

  • Cross-Functional Program Management Office (PMO): Serve as a central supply chain PMO, coordinating cross-functional teams—including procurement, engineering, operations, and finance—to deliver on project milestones and resolve supply chain risks.

  • Material Planning: Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and material flow to support data center construction schedules and operational readiness.

  • Capacity Planning: Develop and implement strategies to ensure suppliers and internal teams have the capability to meet volume requirements for current and future data center projects.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Build and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and resiliency while supporting rapid data center expansion across multiple regions.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruption and ensure project continuity.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, project teams, and external partners regarding supply chain status, challenges, and solutions.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center projects

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree

  • Proven expertise in NPI, supplier development, material and capacity planning, and sourcing strategy.

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills with experience leading PMO initiatives.

  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive results across global teams.

  • Experience with supply chain systems and data analytics tools is highly desirable.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range:

$117,500.00-$205,250.00
