As a Service Sales Manager at Automated Logic, you are the driving force behind our regional service excellence and the supportive leader of a motivated, customer-focused team. You’ll do more than oversee a department, you’ll inspire outside and inside sales professionals to collaborate, innovate, and go the extra mile for our clients. What You Will Do
Lead the Sales Team
Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor sales professionals to add out our existing team and to achieve financial, strategic, and cultural goals.
Performance Management: Set aggressive individual and team goals utilizing CRM systems and monitor bookings through KPIs.
Strategic Planning: Execute growth strategies consistent with the branch business plan and influence leadership on critical outside sales strategies.
Drive Business Development
Strategic Relationships: Develop personal long-term relationships with building owners, end customers, consulting engineers, amongst others to influence high-visibility opportunities.
Market Analysis: Analyze the market to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration.
Owner Alignment: Identify owner strategic goals and metrics and align ALC (and Carrier) offerings with those goals to build new opportunities and services
Coordinate Strategic Account Reviews: Work with the sales team to develop strategic account plans showing ALC’s position within an existing or targeted account and how we will become more influential to become a trusted advisor rather than just another vendor.
Execute as One Team
Branch Collaboration: Participate on the branch management team and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements and maintain the highest business ethics.

Your approach prioritizes understanding each customer's unique needs and aligning your strategies to create tangible value for their organization—whether by optimizing processes, reducing operational costs, enhancing revenue, or enabling growth. You empower your sales force to work proactively, not just meeting project requirements, but solving problems that drive real business impact and long-term partnership.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
4+ Years of Experience in the HVAC, building automation systems (BAS), or construction industry
3+ years of experience managing professional teams, project budgets, or service operations
Valid and current Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
Experience managing financial performance, project budgets, service agreements, or operational metrics within the building automation, HVAC, or related industries
Demonstrated success building and maintaining strategic relationships with building owners, end users, consulting engineers, and key industry stakeholders
Strong consultative sales and business development skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into customer-focused solutions
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across sales, operations, service, or project management functions
Experience utilizing CRM and sales management platforms such as Salesforce to drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics
Strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to regional business expansion initiatives
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering across sales, engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver customer success
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and executive decision-makers at all organizational levels
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
