About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Management Supervisor to support daily Supply Chain operations and ensure effective execution across procurement, planning, inventory, and operational processes. This role will help identify operational gaps, support continuous improvement initiatives, and guide teams to maintain operational efficiency while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Supply Chain Management Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting management across Supply Chain disciplines to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.

  • Guiding Supply Chain teams in procurement execution, order management, and adherence to operational standards and protocols.

  • Supporting root cause analysis activities and implementation of corrective actions to improve operational performance.

  • Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information related to suppliers, sourcing strategies, market conditions, pricing, and operational processes.

  • Supporting planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day operational execution within the Supply Chain organization.

  • Monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, shortages, supplier performance, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are organized, analytical, proactive, and capable of working in dynamic operational environments. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.

  • Understanding of operational management concepts such as scheduling, prioritization, process execution, and team coordination.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

  • Experience working with ERP systems and operational reporting tools.

  • Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.

  • Advanced English communication skills.
