About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support international customer accounts and sales operations activities. This role is responsible for demand planning, sales forecasting, pricing administration, order coordination, and customer relationship management to ensure efficient business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasts, annual budgets, and SKU planning activities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams on production planning, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules.
• Support product phase-in and phase-out activities to ensure smooth product transitions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with international customers through regular communication and business support.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and transfer pricing (TP) information.
• Maintain price lists, SAP master data, and quotation records.
• Monitor customer requirements and provide timely updates on order and delivery status.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency and customer service performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and operational analyses for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Export Sales, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial products industry.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, demand planning, and pricing management.
• Experience supporting international customers and export business operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, order management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience driving process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
