Senior Part Engineer (Mold & Injection)

Location: Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathumthani
Travel: Up to 70% to supplier sites

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new molds, tooling, jigs, and fixtures; coordinate mold trials and ensure alignment with drawings.

• Support injection molding process setup, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.

• Prepare and maintain process standards, work instructions, and technical documentation.

• Manage mold maintenance, repairs, and spare part planning.

• Confirm production capacity and drive productivity improvements.

• Design packaging for part delivery.

• Support cost‑reduction (CR/VA) activities and 3rd‑party audits.

Qualifications (Essential)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Tooling).

• 4–5+ years in injection molding / tooling engineering.

• Strong interpersonal skills; good attitude; able to travel and work OT.

• English TOEIC 550+ (conversation & email).

• Smart, friendly, good teamwork skills.
