Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and logistics providers to coordinate order execution from order entry through shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales order fulfillment process using SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Coordinate with manufacturing plants to monitor production schedules and committed delivery dates.

• Plan and track delivery and shipment schedules with warehouses and logistics partners.

• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents regarding shipment arrangements and order status.

• Process order changes and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Support inventory planning and product distribution activities to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare fulfillment, shipment, and order status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good command of English.
