About the role

As the Grobal Export Sales Project Sales Senior Manager, you will serve as the single point of contact for global export business customers for Project Sales across RLC and VRF products manufactured at Thailand, Japan, and China factories. You will lead sales achievement, pipeline performance, technical support, and customer engagement to drive the Global Export Sales plan and order targets.

This role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC applications, customer relationship management capabilities, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams across global time zones.

You will report to the Project Sales Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project sales to meet and exceed annual Order and GES Sales Plan targets.

  • Lead customer engagement cadence (online and face‑to‑face).

  • Manage and analyze project pipeline to ensure high coverage and win rate.

  • Act as the primary contact point for all technical inquiries from customers.

  • Provide technical support including selection optimization, specification checks, and solution guidance.

  • Conduct customer visits and attend meetings for mega projects.

  • Coordinate across engineering, sales, marketing, product management, after‑market teams, and suppliers to align on project needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering License, or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electronics).

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HVAC, with preference for project sales or technical application roles.

  • Strong HVAC technical knowledge, including design, application, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional influencing skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones.

  • Customer relationship management experience with proven success.

  • Strong attention to detail, urgency, and customer‑focused problem solving.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit, Cradle, SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D/3D preferred.
