Category Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the category team in implementing strategic tasks and cost initiatives.

• Plan, develop, and execute measures to optimize commodities, Develop, coordinate, and present procurement strategies to management and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Monitor and benchmark global procurement and commodity markets, competitors, and indices. Perform cost analyses to optimize costs with existing suppliers in coordination with series purchasers or negotiators.

Role Purpose:

• Manage a team of commodity buyers (Electronics/Electrical, Valve, Refrigerant, Compressor, Motor)

• Deliver and manage a cost roadmap YOY

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years in commodity management

• Fluent English communication skill, Chinese is a plus

• Sense of responsibility, independence, good manners, cost awareness, flexibility,

• initiative, ability to work in a team, willingness to undergo further training, willingness to work overtime and travel on business.
