Sr Assoc, Digital Product Mgmt

About the role  :

Established Digital Product Management professional. Coordinates research and analyzes market conditions, and identifies key consumer trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements.

•  Strategy & Value Office
  • Drive value tracking frameworks and support value realization initiatives across UDA programs
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights to monitor business impact and outcomes
• Strategic Thinking & Business Planning
  • Translate business priorities into actionable strategies and execution plans
  • Support leadership in shaping roadmaps, operating models, and transformation initiatives
• AI Fluency & Enablement
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and their business applications
  • Support AI use case identification, adoption tracking, and storytelling of impact
•  Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, data, digital) to drive alignment
  • Manage stakeholder communication with clarity and executive presence
• Business Case Development & Market Research
  • Build data-driven business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessment
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions
•  Executive Communication & Presentations
  • Develop high-quality, leadership-ready presentations and storytelling artifacts
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights for senior leadership

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Jira , Asana, Airtable . Ms Tools; ability to create compelling executive presentations
• Experience in business case creation, financial modelling, and ROI analysis
