About the role: We are looking for Assistant Manager who has experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), smart building platforms, or connected HVAC solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis across HVAC systems, controls, and building operations.

·        Ability to interpret operational data and convert domain knowledge into AI-driven insights and automation workflows.

·        Analyze building telemetry, trends, alarms, setpoints, schedules, and equipment performance data.

·        Identify Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD), predictive maintenance, Automated Continuous Commissioning (ACC), Demand Response (DR), and equipment health monitoring.

·        Executes objectives for requirements management, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, evaluation measurements, and other disciplines for large or complex projects.

·        Monitors the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of activities and recommend modifications to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure that standards are met

·        Manages work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools for large or complex projects.

·        Researches and evaluates investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization's systems products and services.

·        Provides analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements, and develops verification criteria and plans for the requirements.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or Computer Science

·        7+ years of experience in BMS or Energy Management Systems.

·        Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including RTUs, AHUs, Chillers, Heat Pumps, VAVs, thermostats, and Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).

·        Experience in HVAC controls design, controls engineering, controls programming, controls commissioning, retro-commissioning, or system startup activities.

·        Knowledge of building control sequences, equipment operation, operating modes, setpoint strategies, scheduling, and energy optimization.

·        Familiarity with Generative AI, AI Assistants, Copilot technologies, and data analytics concepts.

·        Experience with platforms such as Carrier i-Vu, Automated Logic, Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell, Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, or similar BAS platforms is desirable.

·        Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, MQTT, or other building communication protocols is desirable.

·        Understanding of ASHRAE guidelines, HVAC best practices, and commercial building operational standards is a plus.
