About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – AI Delivery to lead and deliver complex AI, Generative AI, and analytics programs across the enterprise. This role will manage end-to-end delivery of Copilot-based solutions, demand forecasting systems, LLM-powered applications, and Text-to-SQL platforms, working across Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in AI project delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams spanning data science, engineering, cloud, and business users, while ensuring governance, timelines, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics programs across multiple business units
• Manage delivery of Copilot-driven solutions, LLM applications, forecasting models, and Text-to-SQL platforms
• Own program planning, scope definition, milestones, timelines, and risk management for AI initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, cloud engineers, and business SMEs
• Drive delivery across multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Manage data-centric projects leveraging Snowflake, data lakes, and enterprise data warehouses
• Oversee integration of AI solutions with ERP systems and enterprise data sources
• Ensure adoption of Agile / Scrum delivery models for AI and data science projects
• Track and report program health, KPIs, dependencies, and business impact to senior leadership
• Establish and enforce AI governance, compliance, security, and data privacy standards
• Manage vendor partners and third-party AI solution providers.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and training for AI and Copilot solutions
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, scope, and dependency issue

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience in Project / Program Management, with significant focus on AI, Data, or Analytics delivery
• Proven experience managing AI and Generative AI programs including Copilot, forecasting, LLM, and Text-to-SQL agentic use cases
• Strong experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows
• Experience managing LLM-based applications, including prompt-driven systems and data-backed AI solutions
• Understanding of Text-to-SQL architectures and analytics consumption by business users
• Strong experience delivering projects across GCP, Azure, and AWS environments
• Hands-on experience managing projects using Snowflake, data warehouses, and enterprise data platforms
• Experience working with ERP system data (finance, supply chain, operations, HR)
• Solid understanding of data science and ML lifecycles (data preparation, modeling, deployment, monitoring)
• Working knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps concepts, CI/CD, and production AI governance
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level and senior leadership communication
• Proven ability to manage large, distributed, and cross-functional teams
• Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery governance skills
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts
• Ability to translate business strategy into executable AI delivery roadmaps
• Strong communication, documentation, and executive reporting skills
