Senior Supervisor, General Engineering

About This Role

Supervises entry and intermediate professional level employees or team leaders of support employees in General Engineering. Coordinates day-to-day activities, and helps monitor key performance metrics of programs or subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of engineers to provide programing design and graphics.
• Provide quality control for all projects.
• Track all time charged to projects, manage utilization of each engineer
• Design and program building automation systems, site-specific configuration of control system, and control algorithms.
• Adhere to project requirements and company and customer standards of design, programming, and implementation.
• Create a clear design document for project teams with technical information.
• Document and communicate the building automation system design and revisions.
• Develop graphical and text-based interfaces for building automation systems.
• Test programming and interfaces prior to implantation.
• Provide technical support to sales representatives to ensure customers’ needs are met.
• Identify and communicate project opportunities and risks.
• Support of functional testing for building systems.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of HVAC Controls Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Automated Logic Controls
