About the role

This role will be responsible for driving sales of Screw and Scroll Chillers along with Airside products across Gujarat. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts (consultants, contractors, and end-users), and achieving sales targets. It includes handling techno-commercial proposals, supporting product selection, tracking market trends, and ensuring order closure and collections.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Screw Chillers, Scroll Chillers, and Airside product lines.

2. Identify and generate new business opportunities in segments such as commercial buildings, industrial projects, pharmaceuticals, data centers, and infrastructure.

3. Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users.

4. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, participate in tendering, and negotiate contracts.

5. Provide product selection support in coordination with application engineering teams.

6. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

7. Ensure timely order closure, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.

8. Coordinate with internal teams (projects, service, logistics) for smooth execution.

9. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.

10.Requires strong HVAC knowledge, sales experience (5–10 years), and the ability to manage a regional territory independently.
