We are looking for high-potential talent to join our Operations Leadership Program (OLP), designed to accelerate your career through hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to key areas within our operations organization.

About the role

The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a rotational program that prepares future leaders within our manufacturing and operations teams. Participants gain cross-functional exposure through structured rotations in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement.

This program offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership, operational, and technical capabilities while contributing to real business impact.

Program structure

  • Rotational assignments (12–24 months) across key operations areas
  • Hands-on projects with direct business impact
  • Exposure to plant operations and leadership teams
  • Formal training and leadership development sessions
  • Mentorship from senior leaders

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in assigned rotational projects across operations functions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Analyze process performance and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Develop and present project outcomes to leadership
  • Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience (internships or co-ops considered)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to rotate across different functions and locations
  • Strong interest in operations and manufacturing environments

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or operations (internships or projects)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
  • Leadership experience (academic, extracurricular, or professional)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
