Territory Sales Manager

Riello is a leading manufacturer of burners and boilers. With close to 100 years of experience in combustion technology, Riello offers innovative product portfolio backed up by service offering delivered by a network of world class industry experts.

Riello has an opening for a Territory Manager. This position will have responsibility for reinforcing the existing Customer base and developing new markets for Riello products and services portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain an expert level knowledge of Riello product portfolio.
• Provide telephone, email, and in person technical support with a level of professionalism consistent with the company’s expectations.
• Support Customers and internal staff as a technical and business development expert.
• Develop, review, and publish training materials and multimedia presentations for use in training seminars.
• Maintain organized inventory of service materials and equipment required for product promotion and sales.
• Generate detailed and thorough records associated with business development efforts.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience of min 5 years with heating / combustion products
• Post-secondary education or equivalent in relevant experience
• Knowledge of Canadian burners and boiler market
• Excellent at maintaining Customer relationships
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
• Advanced ability to multi-task in a matrix, fast paced environment.
