About the role
As a SAP Manufacturing P2D professional, you will play a key role in delivering and sustaining SAP solutions that support Carrier’s manufacturing and Plan-to-Deliver operations across North America and globally. You will work closely with business and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP Manufacturing and Production Planning processes, enabling scalable, integrated, and high-quality solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• As a SAP Manufacturing P2D, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting and leading end-to-end SAP Manufacturing / Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) implementations within Carrier’s global SAP landscape.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective SAP Manufacturing and PP solutions.

• Facilitating blueprinting sessions and developing functional design documentation.

• Configuring SAP solutions related to production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing execution.

• Designing and executing testing activities (unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing) to ensure solution quality.

• Supporting go-live and post-go-live activities, including production support and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensuring seamless end-to-end process integration across related SAP modules.

• Maintaining accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.

Requirements
We are looking for people who are collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in SAP Manufacturing / P2D processes, with the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional environments. If this is you, get in touch.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing and Production Planning (PP / P2D).

• SAP PP Certification.

• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.

• Strong experience providing production support and sustaining activities.

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Solid understanding of Plan-to-Deliver processes, including production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, and MRP.

• Experience with requirements gathering, master data management, SAP configuration, and testing.
