Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Outside Sales Reps in Customer Site visits
Supporting controls and service agreement estimation
Shadowing on ALC operation job sites
Learning how to leverage your STEM background into a technical sales role
Learning ALC BMS Controls and HVAC industry nuances
Learning Business Operations
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, HVAC, Building Automation, or Construction Management
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Open to traveling with Service Sales Reps or Account Managers over 50% of the work week for local assignments, including occasional overnight stays
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with a Salesforce.com or similar Customer Resource Management tool (CRM)
Ability to create and manage projects with minimal supervision
Self-motivated to complete assigned projects
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
