Purpose of the Role
The Aftermarket Support Functions Manager Europe is responsible for structuring, developing, and optimizing all support services related to the Aftermarket business. In this role, he/she oversees key areas such as technical documentation, training, warranty management, customer satisfaction, communications, and inside sales, while supporting the digital transformation of the business.
The position plays a critical role in supporting business growth, enhancing the customer experience, and improving the effectiveness of both commercial and operational teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team responsible for Aftermarket support functions across Europe.
- Identify, design, implement, and develop support services dedicated to the Aftermarket business.
- Actively contribute to achieving the Business Unit's growth and profitability objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in services, aftermarket operations, data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial equipment, or technical services environments.
- Proven experience in creating, developing, and scaling businesses, organizations, or new market segments.
- Strong track record in managing complex operations with direct customer interface and engagement.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between £76,500.00-£152,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
