About the role
This role may be responsible for collecting research and analytics to support and contribute to the development of marketing strategies. Participates in strategizing opportunities of improvement to enhance Product Management performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Management
Identify product gaps & opportunities in current product lineup
Evaluate market segments size , Carrier SoW, GM% by segment and potential expansion areas
Benchmark key competitors: Evaluate pricing & define positioning for our brand
Identify product gaps
USP identification
Lead Product development while collaborating with sourcing team
Initiate & own business case to introduce new products aimed at increasing revenue & margin %
Provide pricing / cost indications, volume mix & forecast revenue & margin %
Lead GTM strategy for New Products
Product brochures / collaterals / Selling tools / Price List
Discounting mechanisms
Promotion & Marcomm
Trainings – internal & external
Growth Strategy
Understand the impact of Macro Economic factors on the business, identify growth opportunities.
Develop core product positioning & GTM strategy
Sustain product performance throughout lifecycle with market interventions
Expand digital footprint & track updates on website / social handles
Channel Strategy
Work closely with business leaders / BUH to formulate & streamline channel strategy for Totaline Business.
Periodic evaluation of business performance vs plan
Manage channel policy for engaging the partners to drive business growth
Manage channel schemes & evaluate key volume & pricing triggers for revenue expansion.
Benchmark the schemes and offerings of competitors to channel partners
Requirements
1-3 Years experience in Product Marketing
Candidate from Appliance Industry is preferred
