Process Engineer (SAP)

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer (SAP) to manage and ensure the accuracy of SAP production data to support manufacturing operations.

This role plays an important part in supporting new product introduction, improving data quality, and enabling smooth production through structured SAP processes. You will also act as a key contact for SAP-related consultation and troubleshooting within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain product data accuracy in SAP, ensuring alignment with engineering and production requirements

• Monitor SAP data readiness for new product development (NPD) and mass production

• Create and maintain routing, BOM, and material master (ZPT8 for FG) to support costing and production

• Design and implement SAP data validation checklists to improve data quality and governance

• Provide consultation and troubleshooting support to internal teams on SAP-related issues

• Support dual sourcing initiatives (PC projects) for cost reduction

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA and MES implementation projects

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in SAP within a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience in BOM, routing, and material master data

• Understanding of production processes and costing structure

• Experience supporting NPD or production ramp-up activities is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to provide guidance and resolve system-related issues

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills

• English communication skills (working level)
