About this role:

We are seeking a self‑directed Data Analyst to join the CHVAC Americas Data Analytics team. In this role, you will translate business requests, complaints, and improvement opportunities into structured data investigations that uncover meaningful insights. The position is heavily focused on cost‑containment and productivity‑improvement initiatives across multiple CHVAC business segments. The work will span a wide range of topics and levels of complexity, providing the selected individual with both broad exposure and deep understanding of the operational and strategic opportunities that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand high‑level ideas and convert them into data investigation plans.
• Independently investigate how business concepts manifest in data.
• Produce insights that influence decision‑making and recommended actions.
• Story‑tell insights for PM teams and business partners.
• Support PM teams in tracking recommendations and action plans.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Produce monthly reporting packages with narrative insights.
• Conduct data mining across commercial, operational, and customer datasets.
• Support modeling, dashboards, and presentations.
• Manage dashboard enhancements, permissions, and validation issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 + years of data analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Competence with Power BI, Excel and Power point
• Experience with CRMs, ERPs, and other databases.
• Ability to independently translate business questions into analytical workstreams.
• Strong storytelling and communication.
• Basic business financial acumen in relation to metric development
• Experience with additional data analytic tools/languages such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, VBA.
• Experience with SAP/S4 HANA, Salesforce, ServiceMax.
• Experience with change management KPIs and dashboards.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Pay Range:

The annual salary for this position is $98,750–$138,250.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
