About the role
The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for the Finished Goods category to deliver cost, quality, delivery, and risk objectives. This role leads end-to-end sourcing activities from market analysis and RFx processes through supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and implementing sourcing and commodity strategies aligned with business priorities and cost targets
Leading RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes including supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation
Managing relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure performance in cost, quality, and delivery
Driving cost reduction initiatives through should-cost analysis and total cost of ownership approaches
Collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams to support NPI and ongoing production needs
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Strong experience in commercial negotiations and supplier management
Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization
Strong analytical and communication skills
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and supplier integration
Knowledge of should-cost analysis or total cost of ownership (TCO)
Experience in manufacturing or finished goods environments
