About the role
As a Product Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our plant operations by ensuring product integrity, driving engineering improvements, and enabling the successful implementation of design changes. Your work will directly impact the quality, reliability, and performance of our HVAC product portfolio, helping us deliver innovative solutions to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
As a Product Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
•    Analyzing and resolving engineering product issues, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards.
•    Creating and managing Problem Reports (PRs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in accordance with established processes.
•    Coordinating MCS activities and pilot runs to support product validation and implementation.
•    Monitoring and ensuring Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
•    Evaluating alternative materials and supporting temporary or permanent design changes as needed.
•    Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to drive effective engineering solutions.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering or design-related role.
•    Advanced conversational English (written and verbal).
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
•    Ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T).
•    Experience providing factory support.
•    Candidates with at least 1 year of internship experience in Engineering are eligible.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
•    Experience in HVAC or related manufacturing environments.
•    Knowledge of BOM management systems.
•    Exposure to problem-solving methodologies or quality tools.
