About the role

The Manager, FP&A – Digital represents the Finance function in cross-functional Digital and IT initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert in accounting, controlling, and financial processes. This role serves as the primary Finance point of contact for Digital Shared Services and Cloud Digitalization programs, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and value creation through technology-enabled process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager, FP&A – Digital, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Represent the Finance function in cross-functional Digital and IT initiatives, providing expertise in accounting, controlling, and financial processes.
  • Act as the primary Finance point of contact for Digital Shared Services and Cloud Digitalization programs.
  • Drive technology-enabled process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance automation, system integration, and data quality across financial operations.
  • Oversee HFM data loads to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial submissions.
  • Ensure Finance systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Manage financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Establish and execute operational plans for financial analysis, research, and forecasting to support short- and long-term business goals.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of financial models, variance analysis, business cases, and investment summaries.
  • Ensure digital allocations and cross-charges are processed timely and reflect the latest operational updates.
  • Partner daily with Digital Business Partners and Operations to identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement in finance operations.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are Manager, FP&A – Digital. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, or accounting roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency (business and conversational).
  • Strong experience with SAP (Central Finance).
  • Hands-on experience with HFM / EPM systems and monthly close processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

It would be nice if you have:

  • Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting Digital, IT, or Technology organizations.

Soft skills:

  • Strong understanding of organizational structures and digital cost drivers.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships between Finance and Operations.
  • Sound financial judgment to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and patience in complex environments.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
