Production Associate

About this role

Join Carrier as a production associate and help build top-quality heating equipment. You’ll work with your hands, assembling parts, operating machines, and ensuring our products meet high standards—all in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Whether you’re experienced or new to manufacturing, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Shift requirement

Candidates must be flexible and willing to work either shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Shifts are 10 hours per day and may include periodic mandatory overtime on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble tubing, pipe fittings, sheet metal, motors, and other furnace components.
• Operate handheld power tools to fasten hardware and components.
• Operate machines, inspect and test products to ensure quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner (24 second cycle time).
• Follow site safety rules and report any environmental concerns immediately.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively and stand for 10 hours a day.

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $30.00 per hour.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
