Overview
The General Administration Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of site administrative and operational services, supporting a large manufacturing site, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across facilities, services, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage facility operations (canteen, cleaning, vendors, utilities)
Oversee transportation (shuttle buses, fleet, drivers)
Ensure security, access control, and site safety
Coordinate corporate travel and visitor logistics
Support leadership meetings (BOD, management, governance)
Lead events and executive visits
Manage employee services (clinic, uniforms, welfare)
Oversee admin services (supplies, courier, parking, access)
Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance
Drive process improvement and audit readiness
Requirements
8–12+ years in Admin / Facility / Site Operations
Experience managing large-scale operations and vendors
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
Hands-on, detail-oriented, high ownership mindset
Strong English and Thai communication
