Role Description:

·The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, Monitoring, supporting and optimizing  platform applications.

Responsibilities:

·Analyze user requirements to determine how to translate into customer tickets

·Ensuring that platform systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner

·Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, Incident, problem management, work around solution and Root cause analysis

·Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times

·Creation and updating of application support documentation, it should be maintained to highest quality and accuracy

·Additional adhoc activities to support business goals

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

·Min 3 years’ experience in similar field

·Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

·Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan work schedule.

·Always maintain a professional presentation in appearance
