What you will do:

• You are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products in the German market.
• You develop concepts for customer events and implement them together with the sales team.
• You take over the creation of advertising materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, etc.
• You create new website content and update existing web pages regularly.
• You take over the creation of digital campaigns on social media platforms.
• You coordinate trade fair appearances with the sales department and provide support during trade fairs.
• You analyze market trends and competitor activities and make recommendations based on your findings.
What we look for:
• Bachelor's degree in economics or similar. Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management/marketing in the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) is a plus.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal in English and German.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a positive outlook.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
