About the role

The Digital Transformation Business Analyst will be a key member of the digital transformation team, responsible for driving various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Lead and support digital transformation projects.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.

Supply Chain Analytics

• Collect, analyze, and report supply chain metrics on a regular basis.

• Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.

• Support strategic sourcing teams with data analytics and reporting for specific metrics and projects.

• Utilize automation and analytics tools to enhance reporting and drive productivity.

Project Management

• Manage portfolio initiatives and drive execution of digital transformation projects.

• Coordinate with various Carrier sites and teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Quality) to capture requirements and drive actions.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing industries, with a focus on digital transformation, automation, and analytics.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI for analytics and presentation.

• Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in business processes (preferred).

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills to understand requirements and present data effectively.

• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills as required.

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Power BI certification (preferred).

• Understanding of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work in a global environment with stakeholders in different regions.

• High learning agility and attention to detail.
