About This Role

This role will report to the CRS Accounting Supervisor who is looking for a strong addition to the Carrier Rentals and Spot Coolers accounting team. We are seeking a motivated, analytical professional to contribute to our continued legacy of financial strength.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in month end, quarter end, and year end financial close process by processing journal entries and submitting deliverables

• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations

• Submit timely and accurate deliverables to consolidations team

• Capitalize and depreciate fixed assets

• Partner with business to provide accounting support, including issuing credit memos and explaining financials

• Work with team to maintain robust internal controls environment, including assisting with physical inventories

• Maintain accounting standard work documentation

• Special ad-hoc projects as assigned by Accounting Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years working in a services or manufacturing environment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy within a diverse organization

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations effectively to Management in both written form and orally
