Key Responsibilities

  • Industry Vertical Prioritization: Understand macro-level market industry trends, market potential, and Carrier opportunity size by vertical to help drive decision-making around Enterprise sales focus and growth objectives. Determine key verticals for Enterprise sales, continually evaluate and adjust vertical priorities as internal and external factors evolve. 

  • Account Selection & Planning: Own ongoing management and improvement of opportunity modeling to support account planning, opportunity identification, and prioritization. Incorporate market research, trends, and customer insights to provide direction on where Enterprise resources should focus their time.

  • Service Offering & ROI: Collaborate with BUs, product marketing, and Vertical Market Managers to determine the current and future product & service offerings / value propositions for enterprise team; bring insights and research back to the team to help build business cases and inform organic growth opportunity offerings.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Support development and ongoing management of KPI dashboards and reports to provide Enterprise leaders with visibility to track and measure success.

  • Systems, Tools, Data Aggregation / Management: Establish business requirements and data practices for sales team systems and tools including but not limited to setting CRM use guidelines and maintaining sales data integrity.

  • Sales Training and Enablement: Develop and organize training programs to enhance sales team skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders (e.g., CRM providers, consultants). Negotiate contracts and agreements to support sales operations objectives.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Support the development of customer-centric strategies and initiatives. Organize and drive perioding customer feedback – NPS surveys, including action tracking thereof. Ensure sales processes prioritize customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations; 3+ years working in heavy data-driven analytics.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related discipline

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Expert with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, CRM and Data Visualization Software

  • Communication:  Advanced verbal and written communication skills; Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate data and insights into clear stories that help drive decisions
