Viessmann is now looking for an Head of Sales to strategically lead and drive significant revenue growth for Carrier RLC UK by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and leading a high-performing sales team within the UK heating industry. This role will have a strong focus on market penetration, particularly for innovative and sustainable HVAC solutions such as gas boilers, heat pumps and other renewable technologies.
What will the key responsibilities be?
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with Carrier RLC UK’s growth objectives and market trends.
- Drive substantial sales growth through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Expand market share in the UK Heating sector.
- Champion adoption and promotion of new technologies, including heat pumps and other low-carbon solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse market data, and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership within HVAC or related industries.
- Strong understanding of renewable heating technologies and UK market dynamics.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or wider building services industry is essential.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership skills (ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team).
- You have proven success in managing complex B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- You possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of managing high-value relationships with key accounts, major distributors, and strategic partners.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
