Job Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for the manufacturing of “Chiller” products and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Follow up on activities with the plant’s extended team, ensuring timely and quality execution.

  • Validate that engineering and design information is accurately reflected in BOMs and technical documentation.

  • Interpret and review electrical and control schematics to support the construction of AC chiller machines up to 850 Tons.

  • Document findings on the production line and coordinate improvement proposals with the design team.

  • Coordinate the implementation of product changes and validate their correct execution on the production line.

  • Ensure traceability and effective communication between engineering, production, and factory support.

Job Objective

The purpose of this position is to ensure the correct transfer of engineering information to production and to provide direct on‑site support during the implementation of new manufacturing lines for industrial chillers.

  • Main function: Serve as the link between product engineering and production, ensuring technical accuracy and proper execution of changes.

  • Candidate motivation: Opportunity to participate in a high‑impact project within the HVAC industry, working with large‑capacity equipment (up to 850 Tons of cooling).

  • Relevant elements: Direct interaction with design, manufacturing, and factory support teams, as well as participation in on‑line product validations.

  • Geographical scope: Local plant with coordination alongside global engineering teams.

  • Team size: Collaboration with an extended engineering and production team (10–20 people).

  • Professional development opportunities: Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction), engineering change management, and on‑site product validation, with the opportunity to expand knowledge in the manufacturing of large‑scale HVAC equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Education:
Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

Required Knowledge:

  • Reading and interpretation of electrical and control diagrams.

  • BOM management and technical documentation.

  • Basic understanding of industrial manufacturing processes.

  • Experience with SAP and WINDCHILL.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in product engineering, manufacturing, or technical support in a plant environment.

  • Experience in NPI projects or engineering change coordination.

  • Advanced technical English for communication with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the HVAC industry or large‑capacity industrial equipment.

  • Knowledge of CAD tools and PLM/ERP systems.

  • Experience with programming languages or systems analysis.
