Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager responsible for leading the execution of operational processes, projects, and strategic initiatives within their area of expertise. This role requires strong technical knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position plays a key role in improving operational performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering results that positively impact multiple areas of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of processes, projects, and initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage priorities, resources, and project timelines to achieve business objectives.
- Provide technical and operational leadership to team members and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of organizational goals.
- Support problem-solving activities and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations, engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading projects, processes, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge within a specific technical or professional discipline.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
