About the role
As part of Carrier’s Digital transformation,theincumbentwillworkasaSenior ConsultantinSAPS4 HANACustomer. Service.Mainresponsibilitieswill betolead and supportspecific process domainexpertiseinCoEERP,designsolutionsto meet business requirements, proposeprocessoptimizationanddeliver theERP functionalities inagreedtimeline.
Work in an international team of SAP expertsimplementing the solution acrosscountries worldwide.
The incumbentwill report to theS4 HANA Functional Leader.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related business discipline(s).
Minimum of7years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.
Minimum of5years of proven, hands-on experience inSAP ERP project deliveryorsupport.Full cycle implementation experience.
ProficiencyinSAPS4/HANAcustomer Service, understanding dependencies withother modulessupporting business customer service process flows.
Results orientation, always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes.
Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills.
Open and able to work in cultural diversity environment.
Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role.
Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation.
Spoken and written English is mandatory.
Willing to travelinternationally.
Responsibilities
Implement/review/confirmERPsolutionsthat adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements.
Perform scoping, fit-to-standardworkshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for keygaps, provide effort estimatesand align with business teams.
Definesand prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts.
Demonstrates productexpertiseand provides demos to customers as needed.
Explorenewly released ERP cloud features to increase customer satisfaction anddeliverycontinuous productivity improvement–initiate, align within business and implement.
Coach and mentorjuniorteam members within the incumbent process domain responsibility.
Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner.
Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization.
Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbent`s competences and experience.
