Senior Assistant, Sales Support (Technical Products)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Assistant, Sales Support (Technical Products) to support sales activities through technical product knowledge, market benchmarking, sales tools development, and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product and competitor benchmarking.

• Support Product Management and Sales teams in identifying product gaps and opportunities.

• Coordinate with Engineering teams on technical product matters.

• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities.

• Provide technical support and product information to Sales teams.

• Prepare and review technical materials, including catalogs, manuals, and product presentations.

• Support development and improvement of product selection and benchmarking tools.

• Assist in technical seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.

• Develop and update training materials for employees and channel partners.

• Support technical training and knowledge-sharing programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Product Support, Technical Support, or related functions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technical specifications and product documentation.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred

• Experience in industrial, electrical, automation, HVAC, or engineering-related products.

• Experience in product benchmarking, technical training, or sales support activities.
