Summary

当社の業務用空調機器アフターマーケット事業においてお客様目線の提案を実現するため、様々なデータを分析し配信する業務です。また、また将来の分析マネジャー候補の人材確保・育成を目指しています。

Job Description

当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のアフターサービス・ソリューション提案（保守契約、整備提案、更新提案、省エネ・省人化提案など）を実現するため、様々なデータを分析し配信する業務です。

【担当業務】

・業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のデータ分析、配信。

・上記に関連する各種分析ツール類の開発。

【具体的業務】

・当社基幹システムや監視システムなどから抽出した物件データ、作業データ、運転データなどを分析・配信。

・ツール類開発の要件定義作成。

・国内開発チームやベンダー、海外開発チームなどとのツール類開発調整。

・上記に関連する業務。

Minimum Requirements

＜経験・スキル＞

【必須要件】

・中小規模チーム（数名～十数名）において、ソフトウェア要件定義から、進捗管理、運用テストまでの一連のプロセスに関する、開発経験（概ね２年以上）、又は支援経験（概ね３年以上）を有している方。

・データベース：基礎的知識、EXCEL：関数・マクロ基礎知識

【歓迎要件】

・空調に関連する経験者

・PPT：基礎的知識。Word：基礎的知識。

・SQL

・英会話

【他特記事項】

・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
