Role Responsibilities:
Providesuperiorcustomerservice,accurateandtimelyfirstcontactresolutiontoemployees, managers, and HRprofessionals.
ProvidesupporttoHumanResourceOperationsteamandbusinessunitswithadmintransactions, datavalidation,auditingandcorrections.
Supportthesubjectmatterexpert(SME)forallpoliciesandprocedures.
EnsuredataintegritythroughauditsoftheHRInformationSystem.
Updateandanalyzeworkprocessdesignandflowforpoliciesandprocedures.
Providepolicyinterpretataionrecommendations.
Createandpresenttrainingpresentations.
Researchandworkin ateamenvironmenttoresolveemployeeissues,byworkingdirectlywithinternal/externalclientsandvendors.
Serve asanemployeeandcustomeradvocate.
Identifyand driveprocessimprovements, quality andcomplianceacrossthefunction.
AnalyzedataissuesandprovideRoot CauseAnalysisinproblemresolution.
IncorporateLeanpracticesintoalldailyactivitiesandongoingprojects.
Conductanalysisand prepareongoingHRreportstoeffectivelyadministerpoliciesandprograms.
Responsibleforachievinginternally-set qualitystandards,identifiedgoalsandmetricsandoveralltargets aremetand/orexceeded.
Assistwithdatamigrationandauditingduringacquisitionprocess.
EnsurealignmentofgradingstructureandsupportGender PayReporting.
Foster,developandmaintainstronginternalandexternalrelationshipswithkeyvendors.
Ensureuseofemployeeselfservice.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization University Degree or equivalent Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes, including experience with Workday.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience handling HR transactions.
Ability to support U.S.-based HR transactions.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
Experience generating and analyzing Workday reports.
Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.
Advanced Excel skills.
