WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Embedded teams are multidisciplinary, working in an integrated way across hardware, firmware, and software. We are currently looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer with high energy, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on:
Telematics and IoT Projects
Collecting and processing data from multiple sources and protocols, transmitting it to backend services, and controlling systems based on received data or remote requests.
Product Features
Analyzing issues and new feature requests, defining requirements, designing and implementing solutions, as well as performing thorough validation and testing.
Firmware Architecture
Developing reusable drivers and modules applicable to multiple firmware projects, ranging from telematics systems to power electronics control, as well as application-level logic.
Embedded Firmware Engineer
Required Skills:
Embedded C Programming: At least 3 years of experience programming embedded systems in C.
Microcontrollers: Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (e.g. ARM Cortex-M).
Communication Protocols: Knowledge of CAN, UART, SPI, I²C, and TCP/IP.
Clean and Reusable Code: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Debugging: Experience debugging using tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Embedded Systems: Strong understanding of embedded systems and low-level hardware interfaces.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multidisciplinary Work: Comfortable collaborating in teams spanning hardware and software.
Nice to Have:
Comfortable using CLI tools for development and debugging.
Modular Architecture: Experience designing modular architectures in embedded systems.
Power Electronics: Basic knowledge of power electronics and energy management systems.
Automation and Testing: Ability to write automation and test scripts, preferably in Python.
Security: Knowledge of best security practices in embedded systems.
PCB Design: Basic experience or understanding of PCB design and layout tools.
