Sales Engineer (HVAC/Cooling)

We are looking for aSales Engineer in the HVAC and Cooling field to join our team, who will be responsible for the development and management of sales of advanced climate control and energy solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
active sales and technical consulting for VRF systems, large heat pumps, cooling systems (chillers)
participation in preparing technical solutions and quotations
collaboration with designers, investors and contractors
development of long-term relationships with key partners
monitoring projects from the planning phase to realization
market analysis and proactive identification of new business opportunities
Requirements:
minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry; hands-on experience with VRF systems, heat pumps above 100 kW, and chillers will be considered a strong advantage
technical education background in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
proven experience in technical sales and project-based customer relationship management
solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, including investment planning, design, and execution phases
experience in project sales and managing complex sales processes beyond standard quotation-based selling
strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
ability to build long-term business relationships and effectively influence decision-making processes
results-driven mindset with the ability to persuade, present compelling business arguments, and successfully close deals
high level of independence, initiative, and proactive approach to achieving business objectives
fast-paced, hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
valid Category B driving license
