About the role

This role will be responsible for VRF/LC (TOSHIBA & CARRIER) Business Development in Telangana region.

Role Responsibilities:

  • VRF/LC (TOSHIBA & CARRIER) Business Development in Telangana region.

  • Business expansion by giving technical training to dealers across Telangana region.

  • Dealer Development & confidence building for Project related activities & resolving the problems during installation & commissioning.

  • Heat Load Calculation, Psychometric Chart Evaluation & VRF Piping design.

  • Technical support is to be given to seals team during tendering or before quoting the enquiry.

  • Personally, monitoring all the big & medium size projects of VRF & LC.

  • Good in communication & Presentation Skil, Self-motivated.

  • Complete Ownership of Region for VRF/LC Project.

  • To drive train the trainer program at field.

  • Critical Escalated - Personal visit on Site

  • Monthly training to all the dealers on our EH&S policy, as well as on technical parts like on error code & commissioning activities.

  • Constantly work in region & prompt response to increase the market share of VRF/LC business in territory.

  • Supporting & taking ownership of National Account VRF Projects

  • Proper Handing over for all the VRF PJ to service team in given format with supporting documents after commissioning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering - Any Specialization

  • 3 to 5 Years experience
