Role Description:

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and results-driven engineer

·To grow as a strong mechanical engineer to be able to qualify HVAC products.

·To be able to come up with new ideas which will help differentiate our products.

·To be able to handle projects independently and provide value additions

Responsibilities:

·Understand basic air-conditioning system and vapor compression cycle, its application in Residential, Refrigeration and Commercial product lines.

·Design of enclosures using sheet metal and plastics using CREO

·Understand different mechanical analysis tools like Ansys and MSC

·Understand the different qualification standards for HVAC products

·Perform linear stress and vibration analysis and interpret the results

·Perform basic flow analysis of HVAC parts and assemblies and interpret the results

·Participate in product tear downs and workshops for product understanding.

·Work on ideas generated through benchmarking and tear downs.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

·A strong foundation in strength of materials, design of machine elements, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.

·BE/Btech in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7.5 CGPA

·Basic hands on experience in CAD and CAE tools
