About the Role

As the Aftermarket Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth and profitability across Carrier's aftermarket business by developing and executing marketing strategies for Service Agreements, Repairs, Spare Parts, Controls, and Digital Service offerings. You will play a critical role in expanding installed-base penetration, improving customer retention, strengthening channel partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities. By leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and data-driven strategies, you will help maximize customer lifetime value while supporting the growth of Carrier's service and solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

As an Aftermarket Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing aftermarket growth strategies across Services, Parts, Controls, Digital Services, and Building Solutions.
  • Driving installed-base marketing initiatives, lifecycle campaigns, renewal programs, modernization programs, and customer retention activities.
  • Conducting market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments to support portfolio expansion and business growth.
  • Supporting the growth of spare parts and accessories through channel development, portfolio management, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Leading customer engagement programs, digital marketing campaigns, and demand generation activities.
  • Creating sales enablement tools, training content, value propositions, and channel marketing programs.
  • Monitoring business performance through revenue, margin, penetration, and customer-retention analytics.
  • Identifying and commercializing new aftermarket opportunities across services, controls, digital solutions, and adjacent product categories.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are commercially driven, customer-focused, analytical, and passionate about driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Service Marketing, HVAC, Building Solutions, Industrial Products, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in market intelligence, portfolio management, and business analytics.
  • Experience in channel development and go-to-market strategy execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital services, controls, or connected building solutions.
  • Knowledge of aftermarket service businesses, service agreements, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
