Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre‑sales technical support to the sales team, consultants, and contractors for HVAC and air conditioning systems.

• Perform HVAC equipment selection and system application including split Units, Ducted Units, DX-AHU , packaged units, VRF System and accessories.

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure technical compliance with standards and client requirements.

• Prepare and review technical submittals, data sheets, compliance statements, and deviation lists.

• Support pricing and offer preparation by providing accurate technical inputs and configurations.

• Coordinate with factory, product management, and quality teams to resolve technical queries and field issues.

• Conduct technical presentations and product training for internal sales teams and external customers when required.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, applications, industry standards (QCS ,ASHRAE, AHRI), and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• 5 Years of experience with Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning equipment, and applications.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Good communication skills to interface with sales teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Proficiency in HVAC selection software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
