PPAP & Pro-cert Specialist

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in new projects and new component approval process.

• Owner of APQP, PPAP approval, Pro-cert, PFMEA.

• Lead to review PPAP and all quality tasks to meet new project plan.

• Perform audits and PFMEA. Visit and see as applicable for new projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in Automotive Quality, with hands-on APQP / PPAP involvement

• Experience in new parts / product development audits and supplier factory processes

• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, CP/CPK, SPC, and core QC tools

• Hands-on experience with MSA (Gage R&R), CMM inspection, 8D, and quality measurements

• Experience supporting new project launches and managing quality deliverables

• Exposure to supplier management is advantaged

• Project management, analytical mindset, and self-driven working style

• Good English communication (TOEIC 500+)
