Senior Service Engineer

About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to deliver technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance services for chiller and HVAC systems. This role serves as a key technical advisor to customers while supporting service growth, contract execution, and field team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of chiller and HVAC system issues

• Support start-up, commissioning, maintenance, and emergency service activities

• Manage service contracts, preventive maintenance schedules, and customer satisfaction

• Provide technical guidance and coaching to technicians and field service teams

• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and customer presentations

• Support repair, retrofit, and service contract business opportunities

• Ensure compliance with Carrier quality, safety, and EHS standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, HVAC Engineering, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in Service Engineering, Field Service, Maintenance, or Commissioning roles

• Experience with chillers, HVAC systems, cooling equipment, or building services

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused with good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Good command of Thai and English

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
